Our short term experience with the previous provider was not conducive to good business. We refused a long term contract with them because they enacted "charges" on Invoices we weren't aware of, and found the onsite experiences, and lack of communication with the company and security guards lacked real transparency. As well a number of burglaries occurred and little support to remedy the situation evolved.
Your company has rectified our faith in security. You have been approachable and communicative. As well you have always responded to our queries in constructive dialogue. Extra requests for further security have been granted, well organised and without a problem to your employees.
